Multiple Notification Channels
When a new report is created, assigned handlers are notified immediately, minimising delays in addressing issues. Notifications can be sent via email or SMS.
Template System
You can define message templates for various scenarios, such as:
- New Report generated
- Report updated
- Comment added
- Report forwarded
- Status Change of the Report
- Item deleted
- And 38 other scenarios...
Each scenario can have a customised message for each communication channel and in multiple languages supported by the system (e.g., NO, SE, PL, EN).
Furthermore, message templates can be customised based on the combination of dimension and category, meaning, you can tailor messages according to the specific dimension and category selected in the report. This is especially useful for adding detailed or situation-specific instructions in the messages.
Example: "Thank you for reporting a lost key card. Please remember to block the card in the access control system."
